Wai recently featured in Michael Guys Eating Out Guide 2008 as Queenstown's finest Restaurant and runner up for the Central Otago region. Congratulations to all the staff on this fantastic achievement.

Martin James Head Chef and Co-owner held a Risotto Master Class at the Mediterranean Market on Wednesday 23 May. This was a great success demonstrating how to cook the perfect risotto, taking you through step by step.
