Bronze for Wai at Restaurant of the Year Competition

Wai Restaurant recently sent their first team ever to the NZ Culinary Fare. Wai enetered into the catagory Restaurnat of the Year under smart/casual. Team Martin James (Head Chef/Owner), Mark Southon and Georgie Baker did an outsatanding job in this very competitive environment winning a bronze medal for both the Kitchen and Restaurant.
